At least 10 people have been killed in avalanches in remote areas of northern Pakistan. 25 more people were injured in this incident.
The accident took place on Saturday in Astar district of Gilgit-Baltistan.
The local administration also said that the rescue work is being hampered due to remote areas and hostile weather.
It is known that a group of 35 nomads camped at the foot of that hill on their way back to Kashmir. Towards the end of the night an avalanche fell on them.
15 cattle with them also died.
